Oxford and Cambridge Boat Race (by Elena Cervera 2ºNI)

The Oxford and Cambridge boat race was carried out last Saturday as every year. It was interesting  and the family said  to me that it was not the typical race. A swimmer appeared  between both boats during the race and Oxford and Cambridge team had to stop the race and start again. About 3 minutes after starting the race again, the two boats were too close and Oxford boat lost one of their oars (remos) because it scraped (chocó, rozó) with Cambridge boat. So, Cambridge team won the race and one of the Oxford rowers suffered a collapse in the boat just past the finishing line!
