Clap your hands!

You clap your hands to show that you approve of or have enjoyed something. You usually clap at the end of a concert, to follow the tune of a song, after a conference, when your baby does something nice…

For example: Everyone clapped us when we went up to get out prize.

There are synonyms like: applaud, give someone a round of applause and, informally speaking, give someone a (big) hand.

Have you ever thought of the number of claps you can give in a minute?? Well, look at this video of Kent (Toast) who holds the record for ‘Most claps in a minute: 721’. See if you can do it better! 😉
